Accounting Operations Lead

When did you start and is your position the same as it was when you first started?

I’ve been with LUCA since late March 2023. I was hired to lead the operations of the firm and am still doing that today.

Who are you OUTSIDE of LUCA? 

I’m a dog lover who loves to explore through travel, a love for video games, cars, underground hip hop, an appreciation for architecture, all things horror/true-crime and a likeness for roller coasters and reading.

What are a few natural personality traits that you bring to/benefit the LUCA team?  

I am driven, loyal, resourceful, and thoughtful.

What makes LUCA great and how do you add to that?

I love the flexibility that LUCA provides. I can say that I’ve finally gotten the work-life balance I’ve been looking for. The different backgrounds of all the staff also bring an opportunity to learn from each other that I greatly value. I always love to bring a technology driven element to the team to create efficiencies so that the team can focus on valuable services. Most of all, I enjoy giving support to the team when they need it, and watching them become the best version of themselves.
