I started when Meagan started LUCA in 2013. Have done it all and helped build and improve the systems.

Who are you OUTSIDE of LUCA?

Wife to Matt, world traveler, lifelong learner and self proclaimed foodie.

What are a few natural personality traits that you bring to/benefit the LUCA team?

I am a problem solver, multitasker with high attention to detail.

What makes LUCA great and how do you add to that?

Luca is great because of the flexibility, work-life balance and the amazing people. My leadership style is supportive, understanding. I encourage the team to feel empowered and proactive.
